Where do you source your vitamins?
Our suppliers have spent years traveling the globe, searching to find only the highest quality suppliers for our ingredients. They go straight to the source – whether it be the farm where the ingredients are harvested or the plant where ingredients are manufactured. Once found, each supplier must pass our strict qualification process before a relationship can be established. Once the relationship is established, they continuously audit our suppliers to ensure the quality and reliability of the ingredients they produce.


Are your vitamins FDA approved?
Great question! Our dietary supplements are regulated under the FDA and our suppliers do adhere to FDA regulations that requires them to follow current good manufacturing practices (CGMP).

We use custom formulations of ingredients from responsible sources around the globe, and the vitamins are then manufactured and tested at a number of GMP and NSF certified facilities in the US.


How are the vitamins packed?
Purepack is a monthly subscription of personalized vitamins. Each month, our customers receive a personalized 30-day pack of specially curated vitamins and supplements delivered directly to their door.


How should I store my vitamins?
It’s best to store your vitamins in a cool, dry place.


Do you have vitamins that support the immune system?
Yes! We off a variety of supplements that can support a healthy immune system.  In fact our first line of products is specifically designed by pharmacists to aid the immune system.  Please search our immunity packs.

 

How are your vitamins tested to make sure they do what they say?
Our suppliers check each formulated supplement; they take the time to deconstruct the final product to ensure the content matches what they put on the label. Between in-house and third-party assays, they are confidently able to document proof of identity, potency and purity for each product.

 

How long will it take for my packs to arrive?
Great question! The processing time for each order varies, but we always want you to feel informed. We send tracking information via email for all orders once they have been shipped and scanned into your local sorting facility. 

It takes 2-3 days to process an order, plus additional days to ship. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to arrive.
